Your Goals:

• Technical Support: Support the technical implementation of cloud platform solutions in client projects, learning to build scalable, reliable, and secure architectures.
• Client-Focused Solutions: Work alongside senior team members to understand client requirements and implement appropriate technical solutions.
• Project Participation & Documentation: Assist in the technical delivery of projects by completing assigned tasks and documenting configurations and processes.
• Automation & Learning: Help implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure configurations (Terraform, Ansible), while developing expertise in these areas.
• Cloud Knowledge Development: Work with AWS, Azure, and potentially Google Cloud under guidance to configure and support client environments.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Learn from interdisciplinary teams and contribute technical expertise to align with project objectives.
• Operational Support: Provide support for deployments and assist with incident response when needed.
• Agile Workflow: Operate within an Agile framework to ensure timely and collaborative project execution.

Must Have:

• Experience: 2+ years in technical support, DevOps, system administration, or related roles with exposure to cloud environments.
• Education: Computer Science or related degree.
• Infrastructure as Code: Basic knowledge of Terraform or similar IaC tools, with eagerness to develop proficiency.
• Programming & Scripting: Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python preferred) and basic scripting.
• System Administration: Working knowledge of Linux and basic shell scripting.
• Network & Containers: Understanding of basic networking concepts and exposure to containerization technologies (Docker).
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Remote Work Experience: Self-motivated and organized to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
• Documentation & Communication: Good English communication skills (B2 level minimum) with ability to document work clearly.
• Legal Documentation: Valid passport or EU ID to facilitate travel if necessary.

Nice to Have:

• Cloud Certifications: AWS or Azure certifications
• Kubernetes: Basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts.
• Infrastructure Tools: Exposure to Ansible or other configuration management tools.
• Data Technology Exposure: Familiarity with Posit, Domino, Databricks, SnowFlake or similar tools.
