What we expect from you:

• Minimum 1-2 years of IT recruitment experience, with a focus on high-quality candidate selection.
• Proven track record of independently leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong English language skills (B2 level minimum).
• Proficient in using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Successful experience in engaging and attracting passive candidates.
• In-depth knowledge of LATAM job boards and their functionality.
• Good understanding of the Tech (R/Shiny) job market in LATAM, including hiring trends and best practices.
• Ambitious, with a passion for further development in recruitment and a desire to become a specialist in the field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and compelling approach.
• Creative, fearless problem-solver who thrives in challenging situations.
• High-energy, likeable, and adaptable personality, even in remote setups.
• Demonstrating impeccable manners and professionalism.
• Fast learner who takes accountability for their actions and seeks improvement.
• Honest and trustworthy, fostering a culture of openness and reliability.
• Based in the LATAM timezone but also open to working in the EU timezone.
• Have a valid passport or ID card.

• You will successfully close your first recruitment at Appsilon

• You will be responsible for 3 end-to-end recruitment projects
• You will be the backup for the person responsible for onboarding
• You will be familiar with internal processes and be able to improve and optimize them
