Key Account Manager
Own and grow strategic partnerships with global pharma clients at Appsilon - driving renewals, expansion, and long-term value as a trusted advisor in data and software solutions.
About the role
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen and expand our relationships with top pharma and enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll focus on building long-term partnerships, securing contract renewals, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll work closely with Delivery Managers and our Head of Growth to ensure our clients stay with us and grow with us.
Your responsibilities:
Leading full account lifecycle: renewals, expansion, and long-term growth strategies
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client business needs
Building and maintaining executive-level relationships within global pharma and enterprise organizations
Acting as a strategic partner, positioning Appsilon as a trusted advisor in data & software solutions
Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction
Providing strategic insights and account reports to support growth in the Life Sciences sector
We’re looking for someone with:
Minimum 4 years of experience managing key accounts (enterprise / Big Pharma / Fortune 100)
Proven success in leading full B2B sales cycles in consultative environments
Experience selling services (not just products), ideally in IT, SaaS, or custom software
Strong international exposure and ability to navigate complex, global stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly present measurable achievements
Familiarity with Life Sciences (preferred), especially in working with or selling to pharma clients.
